so here we are tonight after a busy and beautifully hectic day we're channeling Pema Chodron.
today, at the ritz carlton was our 3rd buddhist wedding since jan 1. after such a serene and lovely event i decided to pass on the local political circus and focus on what is really important for me, meditation and clarity.
tomorrow night, we're channeling eleanor roosevelt. :-)
