those activists have got it together when even the alleys are resurfaced with brick veneer. see what happens when you have an active council member who cares about people more than chummy connections?
nice things are getting done in ledroit park. patrick swagart and the howard university folks have got the vision thing right. it's like georgetown over there now but without the seedy bars and trash. the radio one deal and the howard theater deal will be but icing on the cake. thanks to vince gray, jim graham, mr swagart and the radio one team.
