MAY 6 LUNCH


i adore hot peppers and here's a salsa that's great in this type weather:

Ingredients

4 cans crushed pineapple (drained)
1 bunch cilantro chopped
1 head garlic minced
6 jalapeno pepper sliced
1 lime juice
1 dash salt
1 sweet onion chopped
1/2-1 ounce tequila, rum or vodka

mix all, cover in refrigerator and serve the next day
