maximum strength Tylenol Sinus(2) and a german lozenge Gelomytrol forte by pohl boskamp.
may have a glass of red wine before bed but don't want to become an alcoholic on top of a drug user.
update 6:44 pm the german pill was horrible i spit it out. forget that one.
update 10:45 pm feeling great ok not having the wine :-)
