two months ago mr archie williams stated at a public meeting in chinatown there was an electrical problem at the new modular interim library. we found out that the electric bill wasn't paid which complicated the hook up completion. next week it will have been 60 days since that latest excuse was given at the chinatown meeting.
please write mr williams today and ask him when the library will be in operation.
