M street speed bumps

cars will be unable to zoom up to 50mph to reach the end of the block. we'll have two bumps..at 442 and further down 424. it wasnt long ago when the 400 block of M street was a 2 way street. drug dealers lined both sides of the street. stones stashed the drugs. even the bootlegger had a runner for filling orders of the drive by consumers.
