beginning mid may 2006 public works and MPD will begin STRICT enforcement and issue parking tickets for illegally parked cars. tickets will be issued for the following violations:
BLOCKING ACCESS TO FIRE HYDRANTS
BLOCKING ALLEYS
BLOCKING INTERSECTIONS
BLOCKING FIRE LANES
BLOCKING CROSSWALKS
BLOCKING DRIVEWAYS
DOUBLE PARKING
