happy to report that Breakwells(9th and M NW) has reopened after the fire cracker terrorist caught the electrical box on fire which resulted in breakwells being out of service for several months. i'm stopping over late this afternoon for some green tea and baklava.
i read elsewhere that Dakota Cowgirl/Hamburger Mary's/Ramrod bar closed just before christmas and for good. located at 14th and RI Avenue i went there once a long time ago and the burger came out with a steak knife already inserted into the roll top. the wait staff acted like they were on crystal meth and i couldnt wait to get away from there.
