why does it take so long for the city to get rid of creepy department heads and other executive appointees? the fire chief, kimberly flowers and bishop owens come to mind.
if the fire department crew doesnt want to their jobs...fire them! what is the freakin problem?
some of these government employees are worse then the bad welfare recipients the republican use to talk about. just do your job or get the hell out.
